File System Quotas are disabled for Virtual Server customers by default, the reasoning for this is that Quotas are memory intensive and our default configuration is optimised for best performance for the average customer. If you require File system/User Quotes within your Virtual Server you can request to have this enabled by opening a support ticket. Please note that activating this functionality will require a restart of your server, if you fail to provide a time for the restart our initial response will be to clarify when we can perform the change.
