- Go to the client area https://secure.entitydata.com.au and locate the R1Soft Backups service.
- Login to the control panel of R1Soft Backup.
- Once logged in on the panel, click on Protected Machines and select which Machine you need a restore, on the Actions tab click on the gear drop down button, and click Open Recovery Points.
- Select which date you need the restore to be from and on the actions tab, click on Browse
- Select which file/folder you needed restored and click on the restore icon
- A pop-up will let you choose to which location you want it restored either from the original location or alternative location, as for the agent, choose the server IP of the server and just click on the Restore button.
- Once done, it should display you the result of the restore.
