Create a MySQL database

To create a MySQL for use on your website, just follow the steps below.
  1. Login to your cPanel account
  2. Under the Databases section, click on MySQL Dtabases
  3. Fill in the database name and click on Create Database button

Once the database has been created, be sure to create a user for the database.

  1. On the same page, scroll down to MySQL Users
  2. Add a new user and its password and click on Create User button
  3. Under Add User to Database, be sure to select the user and database and click on the Add button
  4. On the Manage User Privileges page, be sure to tick the All Privilieges and click on Make Changes button.
