Customers are required to update Credit Card details through our secure Client area. We do not accept Credit Card information via any other method including phone or email. The reason for this is to maintain security of customer card details, as this information is stored in an encrypted back-end system and is not accessible to most employees.
We accept the following cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners. No surcharges are applicable.
How-to Steps
- Open your browser and go to: https://secure.entitydata.com.au
- Login with your username and password (if you've forgotten your username or password you can retrieve it from the login screen)
- Go to the "Home" tab and click "Update Your Details".
- Click the "Payment Methods" on the left side bar then the "Add New Credit Card" button if you need to add a new card OR click on Edit of the existing card.
