How to cancel an Entity Data service

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our secure client area.
This is to ensure that cancellation requests are legitimate and are coming from an authorised person on the account.

How-to Steps

  1. Open your Internet browser and go to: https://secure.entitydata.com.au/
  2. Log in with your username and password (if you've forgotten your username or password you can retrieve it from the login screen)
  3. Go to, Services > My Services.
  4. You will see a list of your services. Click on the service you want to cancel.
  5. Click the Request cancellation button.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation requests received in the final 7 days leading up to a new billing cycle may not be processed until the following month as per our Terms and Conditions.
