We want to reassure customers that we have taken all measures to ensure the safety, security and uninterrupted operation of services hosted at Entity Data.
The facility is built for these types of situations and failover systems are in place to maintain service continuity.
Backup Power Systems -
STULZ contractors have just completed maintenance on all CRAC units, UPS systems and Generator testing as of last week and all systems have passed. We have also performed generator start tests this morning and these tests have also passed. We maintain additional fuel which will be used in the event of extended mains power outages.
Flood Prevention -
Gutters, roofing and drainage systems have been checked and cleared. The facility has been through multiple major flood events over the years without issue.
Network -
Multiple redundant transit links leaving the Brisbane Technology Park via diverse paths.
