This guide contains instructions for resolving the following error, generated when trying to update name server delegations:
[401] Failed to connect to registry, please retry:
Prerequisites:
You must have your domain registered through Entity Data
How-to Steps:
If you are seeing the above error, you must be working within the 'Name Servers' tab in the client area.
Path from client area Home screen: Domains > My Domains > Manage Name Servers
Click the 'Registrar Lock' tab and then click 'Disable Registrar Lock' button.
You should then be able to go back to the name servers tab and update your delegations.
