Adding an additional contact on your account

You can add additional contacts in the client area to authorise persons on your account with Entity Data. This will enable the new contact to submit support tickets, update account details, view invoices, etc.

As a security precaution, we cannot give out any information, action changes, or correspond with any persons who are NOT listed as a contact.

How-to Steps

1. Open a browser and connect https://secure.entitydata.com.au

2. Log in with your username and password (if you've forgotten your username or password you can retrieve it from the login screen)

3. Go to the "Home" tab and click "Update" button under Your Info on the upper left corner.

4. Go to the "Contacts/Sub-Accounts" tab and then ensure "Add New Contact" is selected in the "Choose Contact" drop-down box and then click "Go".

5. Enter the new contact's information and desired preferences.

6. You can manage preferences for each person who is authorised on the account, including which emails they will receive.
